Income Tax Information

At March 31, 2005, the aggregate cost of investment securities for income tax purposes was $169,650,342. Net unrealized depreciation aggregated $73,021, of which $3,384,380 related to appreciated investment securities and $3,457,401 related to depreciated investment securities.
