Sale Of Oatsville Coal Reserve	13. SALE OF OATSVILLE COAL RESERVE In June 2011, IPL completed the sale of coal rights and a small piece of land in Indiana (the "Oatsville Coal Reserve") for a sale price of $13.5 million. The property had a carrying value of $0.2 million. The total gain recognized on the sale of $13.3 million was included in Miscellaneous Income and (Deductions) - Net under Other Income and (Deductions) in the accompanying Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income.
