The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the Registrant requires additional time to complete the presentation of its financial statements to be included therein, primarily due to the ongoing review of the accounting treatment for a transaction which occurred during 2019. The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.

We generated revenues of approximately $11.4 million and $12.3 million for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively. Such revenues were primarily derived from sorbent product sales which were approximately $11.3 million and $12.1 million for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively. The decrease from the prior year is primarily due to decreased generation in the coal fired power sector principally due to renewables and low natural gas prices.
