NOTE 4 – OTHER ASSETS

Other assets include the following (dollars in thousands):

Prepaid rent	$	4,296	$	4,110

Prepaid rent primarily consists of fees incurred to obtain the rights-of-way for the Water Project. Amortization of prepaid rent was approximately $115,000 for each of the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020.
