Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 8 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company has a 401(k) Plan for its salaried employees. The Company matches 100% of the first three percent of annual base salary and 50% of the next two percent of annual base salary contributed by an employee to the plan. The Company contributed approximately $54,000, $62,000 and $55,000 to the plans in 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
