License Agreements and Grants	NOTE 8. LICENSE AGREEMENTS AND GRANTS National Institute of Health Grant In February 2015, the National Institute of Health awarded Denver Health and the Company a five-year, $5.0 million grant to develop a fast and reliable identification and categorical susceptibility test for carbepenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae directly from whole blood. The grant is paid to the Company incrementally through sub-awards. The cumulative amount awarded to date under these sub-awards is $1.3 million. The amount invoiced for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019 was $0 and $0.1 million, respectively. Subsequent to the original term of the grant the National Institute of Health has provided incremental annual extensions that have allowed the Company to provide additional services.
