Related Party Transactions	NOTE 17. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As discussed in Note 10, Convertible Notes the Company issued Notes in March 2018. As part of this issuance an affiliate of one member of the Company's board of directors purchased an aggregate of $30.0 million of the Notes. In May 2019, this affiliate purchased an additional $10.0 million of Notes on the open market. The affiliated entity is a Qualified Institutional Buyer which purchased and holds an aggregate of $40.0 million of the Notes at June 30, 2019.
