On March 18, 2021, Roland D. Diggelmann informed Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders. The decision by Mr. Diggelmann to retire from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
