Risk Factors The Company's financial condition and results of operations are affected by a variety of factors and business influences, certain of which are described in the Cautionary Statements included in Item 2 of this Form 10-Q and in the "Risk Factors" described in Item 1A of the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2011. These interim condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with those disclosures.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
