The depreciation expense for the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022 was $4.2 million, $4.6 million, and $5.3 million, respectively.

There was no impairment of the Company's premises and equipment for the years ended December 31, 2024, December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2022.
