Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies In the ordinary course of business, we are party to various legal actions which we believe are routine in nature and incidental to the operation of our business. We believe that the outcome of the proceedings will not have a material adverse effect upon our consolidated financial position or results of operations. As of September 30, 2025, we had $796.5 million of commitments under construction contracts related to development projects, which have estimated rental revenue commencement dates between October 2025 and December 2027. In addition, as of September 30, 2025, we had commitments of $40.5 million for tenant improvements, recurring capital expenditures, and non-recurring building improvements
