Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies In the ordinary course of business, we are party to various legal actions which we believe are routine in nature and incidental to the operation of our business. We believe that the outcome of the proceedings will not have a material adverse effect upon our consolidated financial position or results of operations. At June 30, 2023, we had commitments of $15.2 million, which primarily relate to re-leasing costs, recurring capital expenditures, and non-recurring building improvements. In addition, as of June 30, 2023, we had committed $764.9 million under construction contracts related to development projects, which have estimated rental revenue commencement dates between July 2023 and July 2024.
