NOTE 11: STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM

We extended our stock buyback program through January 26, 2017. Under the program, which was originally adopted in January 2007, we may repurchase up to 200,000 shares of our common stock on the open market from time to time, and have purchased 143,475 shares at an average price per share of $23.00 since the program's adoption. There were no shares repurchased during the three or six months ended June 30, 2016.
