Go Fund, LLC
Options description		July 12, 2018, as discussed in Note 10, the Company granted options to Go Fund, LLC to acquire 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.0001 per share. Under the terms of the Agreement, the shares were to vest upon the meeting of certain value creating milestones which were all met as required. On July 29, 2018, Go Fund LLC exercised the options and the Company issued 10,000,000 shares for $1,000.
