Note 6 - Accrued Liabilities	NOTE 6 – ACCRUED LIABILITIES As of December 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company had accrued liabilities of $70,034 and $63,519, comprised largely of accrued payroll. As of December 31, 2016, the Company had additional accrued liabilities of $2,241,419 comprised mostly of $2,115,890, which was to be paid over the subsequent 18 months on an ambassador contract with a professional athlete. This amount is included in discontinued operations. This contract was sold as part of the Transfer of shares. See Note 5.
