NOTE 7 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016, the Company had related party payables of $8,783 and $30,183 to its CEO and Board Chairman for expenses related to the operation of the business. These payables are due on demand with no interest.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
