On November 24, 2008, Commission River Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BayHill Capital Corporation, issued a press release announcing its release of new affiliate marketing software, called “XML Plug-in.”  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
