Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Line of Credit Draws As discussed in Note 7, Loans Payable, on June 11, 2015, SIC IV agreed to provide a Line of Credit Grid Note to the Company of up to $10,000 (the “Grid Note”). On October 14, 2015 and October 30, 2015, the Company borrowed additional amounts of $500 and $600, respectively, under the Grid Note. As of the filing of this Form 10-Q, the balance of the Grid Note is $7,675.
