Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic	NOTE 2 – IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC The COVID-19 pandemic and related public health measures materially impacted the Company’s operating results for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2021 and continue to affect how the Company and its customers and suppliers operate their businesses. Various containment and mitigation measures that have at times been imposed by governmental and other authorities around the world have adversely affected sales of our products and our supply chain. Although the COVID-19 pandemic's adverse impact on the Company has significantly diminished in recent quarters, the pandemic is expected to continue to affect the Company’s results of operations for the foreseeable future due to impacts on supply chains, shipping operations, consumer behavior, spending levels, shopping preferences and tourism.
