OTHER INCOME	NOTE 11 – OTHER INCOME Other income for the three months ended April 30, 2013 consisted of a $1.5 million pre-tax gain on the sale of a building. The Company received cash proceeds from the sale of $2.2 million. Prior to the sale, the building had been classified as an asset held for sale in other current assets.
