SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	J. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 4, 2024, the Company extended for two years the expiration date of 1,092,470 outstanding warrants. On May 8, 2024, officers and directors purchased 58,000 shares of restricted common stock from the Company at an aggregate fair market value of $80,620.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
