Kenneth Wasserman

On March 1, 2010, the five-year employment term of Kenneth Wasserman, President of Comp 24 LLC, terminated in accordance with the terms of his Employment Agreement with Merisel Americas, Inc. dated March 1, 2005.  Mr. Wasserman’s employment with Merisel terminated on March 9, 2010.
