RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS FOR SALE	NOTE 3 – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS FOR SALE Residential condominium units for sale as of December 31, 2023, included 77 Greenwich, and in all cases, excluded costs of development for the residential condominium units at 77 Greenwich that were sold. Closings on residential condominium units started in September 2021 with 39 closings having occurred through February 14, 2024, the date of the Recapitalization Transactions. As a result of the Recapitalization Transactions, this asset is now held by TPHGreenwich.
