Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 12. Subsequent Events Changes in the status of litigation since June 30, 2022, are included in “Note 8. Commitments and Contingencies—(c) Litigation”. An increase in the number of shares of common stock that the Company is authorized to issue are recorded in “Note 9. Stockholders’ Equity—(b) Common Stock”. An increase in the number of shares authorized under the 2019 Plan and the adoption of the 2022 ESPP are recorded in “Note 10. Equity Incentive Plans”.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
