Treasury Stock	NOTE 7 TREASURY STOCK On July 30, 2012 we completed a “modified Dutch auction” tender offer for our common stock at a price per share not less than $1.58 and not greater than $1.72, and purchased 14,547,996 shares of our common stock for approximately $24.4 million at an average cost per share of approximately $1.68.
