CASH FLOW INFORMATION	18. CASH FLOW INFORMATION During fiscal 2013 and 2012, we did not have any non-cash investing and financing activities. During fiscal 2011, 60,415 shares of common stock were surrendered to satisfy withholding tax liabilities and the cost of stock options exercised totaling $563,000. The shares surrendered to satisfy withholding tax liabilities were in connection with 110,500 and 40,000 shares of common stock issued related to the vesting of performance based units and stock option exercises, respectively.
