NOTE 9 – COMMITMENTS

NOTE 9 – COMMITMENTS

During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company entered into leases with third parties for office spaces and a parking spot in Hangzhou, PRC, all with a lease term of 12 months. The remaining minimum lease payments under the three leases as of June 30, 2023 was approximately $7,789.
