Declaration of Quarterly Dividend

At its July 28, 2009 meeting, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share, to be paid on September 16, 2009 to stockholders of record as of August 21, 2009. The press release announcing such declaration is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
