On June 2, 2008, State Bank of Long Island, a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bancorp, Inc., completed the previously announced sale of substantially all of the assets of its leasing subsidiary, Studebaker-Worthington Leasing Corp., to Main Street Bank of Kingwood, Texas.
