G&K Services, Inc. Integration Expenses	G&K Services, Inc. Integration Expenses As a result of the acquisition of G&K in fiscal 2017, the Company incurred $4.9 million and $4.0 million in expenses during the three months ended August 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively. The $4.9 million of costs incurred in the three months ended August 31, 2018 related to integration expenses directly related to the acquisition, primarily comprised of facility closure expenses. During the three months ended August 31, 2017, the costs incurred related to $3.0 million of integration expenses directly related to the acquisition and $1.0 million of employee termination expenses recognized under ASC Topic 712, "Compensation - Nonretirement Postemployment Benefits." As of August 31, 2018 and May 31, 2018, employee termination benefits included in accrued compensation and related liabilities on the consolidated condensed balance sheet was $6.7 million and $9.1 million, respectively. The amount of employee termination benefits paid during the three months ended August 31, 2018 was $2.4 million. We anticipate the remaining accrued employee termination benefits will be paid over the remainder of fiscal 2019.
