RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS [Text Block]	20. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During 2012 and 2011, the Company incurred $0 and $4,500, respectively, for consulting services rendered by Mr. John Cook, a Director of the Company, related to mining plans for the Johnson Camp Mine.
