SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 18, 2012, the Company received $180,000 in advance royalty payments from Texas Canyon, the producer of decorative rock and aggregate from the Company’s waste rock, in exchange for $204,000 of future royalties. The Company used the funds primarily to purchase additional operating supplies and equipment.
