Redeemable Noncontrolling Interest	Redeemable Noncontrolling Interest Redeemable noncontrolling interest as of August 29, 2019 reflected 100,000 preferred shares authorized and issued by Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. (“MSAO”) in 2018 for net proceeds of $97 million. Holders of the preferred shares were entitled to receive a cumulative dividend of 7.75% per annum. On August 31, 2020, we redeemed the shares for $102 million.
