Cash Distributions	CASH DISTRIBUTIONS There were no cash distributions for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2013. For the nine month period ended September 30, 2012, the Partnership received a distribution totaling $4,485,788 related to the sale of the Monterey/Hillcrest and Villa Mirage I and II properties. This amount is included in gain on disposition of investment in partnerships on the condensed statements of operations and accumulated losses.
