Cash Distributions	CASH DISTRIBUTIONS There were no cash distributions for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2013. For the six month period ended June 30, 2012, the Partnership received a distribution totaling $3,611,288 related to the sale of the Monterey/Hillcrest properties. This amount is included in gain on disposition of investment in partnerships on the condensed statements of operations and accumulated losses.
