Cash Distributions	CASH DISTRIBUTIONS There were no cash distributions for the three month period ended March 31, 2013. For the three month period ended March 31, 2012, the Partnership received a distribution totaling $3,611,288 related to the sale of the Monterey/Hillcrest properties. This amount is included in gain on disposition of investment in partnerships on the condensed statements of operations.
