On June 27, 2005, Mr. Isaac Kaufman, CPA was appointed to the board of directors of the Registrant, effective July 1, 2005, filling the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Raymond Larkin, Jr. Mr. Kaufman will serve as a member of the Registrant’s Audit Committee.
