Abandonment of Limited Partnership Interests	Abandonment of Limited Partnership Interests In 2012 and 2011, the number of Limited Partnership Interests decreased by 64 and 48 interests, respectively, due to limited partners abandoning their interests. At December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Partnership had outstanding 15,185.50 and 15,249.50 limited partnership interests, respectively. In abandoning his or her Limited Partnership Interest(s), a limited partner relinquishes all right, title, and interest in the Partnership as of the date of abandonment.
