Basis of Presentation	Basis of Presentation The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. The Partnership’s management evaluated subsequent events through the time this Annual Report on Form 10-K was filed. Certain reclassifications have been made to the 2011 balances to conform to the 2012 presentation.
