On March 16, 2009, Michael Hannon provided AMC Entertainment Inc. (“AMCE”) with notice of his resignation from his positions as a member of the Board of Directors of each of AMCE, Marquee Holdings Inc. and AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., effective March 16, 2009.
