Proceeds Received Under Escrow Arrangement	NOTE 10 Proceeds Received Under Escrow Arrangement In April 2016, the Company received $788,566 under an escrow arrangement related to a Finance Revenue Sharing Agreement between 21^st Mortgage Corporation and the Company. The Company did not receive a distribution for fiscal year 2015. These distributions from the escrow account, related to certain loans financed by 21^st Mortgage Corporation, are recorded in income by the Company as received, which has been the Company’s past practice.
