                Registrant has been unable to obtain financial statements for its investment in two manufactured home communities and, therefore, has been unable to complete its financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Results of Operations.

                The Registrant anticipates that it will report significant changes in results of operations for the quarter ended May 3, 2008 compared to the same period of the prior year due primarily to an industry-wide decline in shipments of manufactured homes in Florida. For the quarter ended May 5, 2007, the Registrant reported net income of $1,070,375. Based on the information available at this time, the Registrant anticipates that net income for the quarter ended May 3, 2008 will be significantly lower; however, the Registrant is unable to determine the extent of the decline until it receives and completes its review of the financial statements for its investment in the manufactured home communities.
