Construction in progress was for constructing power generation systems. As of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016, the Company’s construction in progress included:

As of March 31, 2017, the Company was committed to pay an additional (1) $11.60 million for Xuzhou Huayu project, (2) $4.02 million for Xuzhou Tian’an project, and (3) $4.47 million for Boxing County Chengli project.
