ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 2 — ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS CCA Industries, Inc. (“CCA”) was incorporated in the State of Delaware on March 25, 1983. CCA manufactures and distributes health and beauty aid products. CCA has two wholly-owned active subsidiaries, CCA Online Industries, Inc., and CCA IND., S.A. DE C.V., a Variable Capital Corporation organized pursuant to the laws of Mexico. CCA Cosmetics, Inc., CCA Labs, Inc., and Berdell, Inc, are wholly-owned subsidiaries that are currently inactive.
