Subsequent Events	18. Subsequent Events On August 7, 2019, we were authorized to incur restructuring costs in connection with certain cost-savings initiatives intended to optimize and simplify our operating model and cost structure. We expect these cost-savings initiatives, which will affect various functional and commercial areas across the Company, to be substantially implemented during fiscal year 2020. As a result of these initiatives, we expect to record restructuring charges of approximately $120 million to $145 million, the majority of which are expected to be expensed during fiscal year 2020.
