Regarding amendment to figures in the Mid-term Management Plan 2025

Tokyo, Japan – May 14, 2021 – NEC Corporation (NEC; TSE: 6701) today announced that a series of items outlined in the “Mid-term Management Plan 2025” announced on May 12, 2021 have been revised. The amended items are underlined in the “2. Amended content” section below.
