(a) Description of Business	(a) Description of Business Dynatronics Corporation (the Company), a Utah corporation, distributes and markets a broad line of medical products, many of which are designed and manufactured by the Company. Among the products offered by the Company are therapeutic, diagnostic, and rehabilitation equipment, medical supplies and soft goods and treatment tables to an expanding market of physical therapists, podiatrists, orthopedists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals.
