(n) Stock-based Compensation	(n) Stock-Based Compensation The Company accounts for stock-based compensation in accordance with FASB ASC 718, Stock Compensation. Stock-based compensation cost is measured at the grant date based on the fair value of the award and is recognized as expense over the applicable vesting period of the stock award (generally five years) using the straight-line method.
