Subsequent Events On January 28, 2025, subsequent to the end of our last reporting period but before the issuance of this Form 10-Q, the Company entered into a sublease agreement with Ninety Nine Technologies LLC. The agreement extends through December 31, 2025, with a monthly rent of $19,700, and will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless terminated by either party.
