Note 6. Related-Party Transactions

The Company leases office, manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Northvale, New Jersey, and Eagan, Minnesota from shareholders and entities controlled by shareholders who were previously principals of businesses acquired by the Company. The combined expenses associated with these relatedparty transactions totaled $332,857 and $249,366 for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $999,795 and $748,098 for the nine months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
